It's just how the design came out for the infrastructure. Sure a few graphics and embellishments here and there but overall it's just how they come off the printer. For instance, you might run out of spool and have to change to a different color for the next part (hence the different color parts.) By and large the FGC-9 is based on a Glock pistol.
