If we're going to just make up crimes Trump did simply because he *might* have committed them, why stop at selling documents? How about armed robbery? He once threatened to shoot someone on 5th Avenue, after all. He's clearly predisposed to violent street crime, right?
The fact that Trump *might* have done something is not the same as him having actually done it.
There's overwhelming evidence he mishandled classified docs and obstructed the investigation. But not that he sold docs.
