To be blunt, few people are going to vote for a party that advocates taking companies into collective ownership.

This model misses out how new companies are formed. There is also the issue that someone will have to be the manager. Occasionally hard decisions have to be made. If no one is buying the product what happens? Layoffs? Restructuring? Change direction? Wind company up?
There are issues with the way many companies operate not sure this is the fix
