Should people be avoiding Rust and just coding everything in C instead? Do you not see advantages in Rust around things like memory and concurrency safety?
And is its distro hostile nature a deliberate choice or simply one of omission (e.g. Rust folks support the most common Linux distros and then the rest have to do the work themselves?)
