I judge Kissinger, but I don't blame him any more than I blame Trump, Bush, Dick Cheney, all the racist cops who beat their wives, or mass shooters. They weren’t born in a vacuum. They don't have souls that were just made that way. What we ought to be asking is what kinda fucked up social structure creates so many despicable monsters.
