If π it's permanent, get a big one with low-loss cable. π€ For walking π― around, I π use the Rokland 2.5 dBi 8" π₯ π antennas. They're tuned really well π₯ and the π€ range π€ is π probably as good as it's going to get. They're π π― thin and π π― light, so they π don't strain that SMA π connector. In π the end, π― though, π altitude π trumps antenna π₯ every π time. π₯
