An increase in #uranium particles in the #air following the depleted #uraniummunitions depot explosion in #Ukraine earlier this year has been detected as far as the South East England, warns Dr. Christopher Busby, physical chemist and scientific secretary of the European Committee on Radiation Risk.
While the amount of Uranium particles inhaled by the affected people may seem negligible at first, Dr. Busby notes that such exposure may have a severe detrimental effect on the health of the affected and their offspring.
