The main reason why I choose to teach the Wim Hof Method, besides all the amazing health benefits, is this:
It's because conscious breathing 🫁 and cold exposure ❄️ are a fun and efficient way to start to get to know your inner workings. It shows you clearly, mercilessly, what and how your body and mind really are.
And by finding out, it empowers you to see and then go beyond your self-imposed boundaries, to expand your limits, to reduce you fears, to LOVE YOURSELF .... and thus, to SEE THE JOY OF COOPERATION.
Like Wim Hof says himself, and he's not being taken seriously enough for this, he's on a MISSION OF LOVE 🧡
