I think these presses are unnecessary for small scale prototype manufacturing, and I think you don’t even need the specialized iron tips. The only thing they really do is to make sure the insert goes in vertically, but with the pliability of common 3D printing materials a couple degrees don’t really matter as the screw will just pull the insert straight.
