I generally like Apple Notes a LOT. The problem is that I don't trust it a lot, notes being stored in iCloud in particular. What I'd really want is an Apple Notes, but it stores as markdownd and I can just push/pop and encrypt that using git. (yes, I know about Obsidian, I don't like the apps)
