My long macrophotography weekend with Andy Murray (chaosofdelight.org) has kicked off in full force, starting with this amazing Holothyrida from Kaikōura's foothills.
Holothyrida are taxonomically somewhere between ticks and mites, and are only found in former Gondwanan landmasses. Very cool wee beasties!
