I mean even beyond the minutia of rates on whatever, these people have the power to stop/change whatever they want. The legislative bodies of most countries these days are just a scapegoat for stagnation and corruption; if the US President or UK Chap in Chief wants to stop something, he can say to stop it and his appointed cabinet will make it so. They dont cause they dont want to either for money from jews, because they are jews, or they are entirely morally bankrupt and just want to relish in degenerate behavior.
