I keep seeing these kinds of recommendations but that is *not* what the Siri feature does. The Siri feature, which was introduced in iOS 9, is for app-use recommendations.

That is, “I see you’re at lunch, so I’ll pop up your doomscrolling apps that you always use at this time when you pull down from the Home Screen”.
