"content": "Yea every experience i've had with rentals and tenants in both residential and commercial has been....awful. I'm turning this lot into a homestead though i just have to deal with the two houses and tenants until i have a plan solidified with a developer... But as it turns out this guys month-to-month lease is about to expire due to his shenanigans and likely a drawn out eviction ensues.",
