Also making sure you're not slouching in your chair if possible. Headaches are a common issue with posture issues wher the spine is misaligned and creates nerve pressure as it hugs one side of the spine compared to the other. Using a backroller on the top half of your back for 4 minutes each vertebra can fix it (and occassionally back pain if it's not too serious.) if done on a regulrish basis.
