An awesome comrade came through for me when I requested mutual aid for a laptop.
One question: I'm swapping out the hard drive for a new one, and I'm wondering if I *have* to use a DVD-ROM to install Windows 7 or if a Rufus-USB will work to install the OS. (The laptop is old and was made to run 7)
