Good morning, NAS brethren. I woke in the middle of the night because of sharp pain in my back. I quickly realized my whole body was inflamed in the way that Ankylosing Spondylitis can do when triggered, which I have. Before I realized that sugar and processed foods were my enemy this disease literally crippled me. Cuttin sugar and chems out I've kept this monster under control. Apparently I ate something that triggered it and am a cripple today with too much to do. Please pray for me. I need it
