Of those listed, the substantial increase in bandwidth taking in kmowledge from computers is enticing, but a double edged sword. You'd only know what was available via computers, you'd be much like others of the same, and your information/memories could not be hidden. Passwords are virtually useless without ties to real world elements, and even then at huge risk.
Because of the above, i'd go with the VR integration, or...
A variation on the bandwidth to computers that is locked down to an off network system that i only get the benefits of downloading when physically there. sneakernet it all.
