I literally feel better after 2 hours of sleep with one than 12 hours without.
Finding a mask you like is critical. My current mask has been discontinued so got a replacement that was reasonably similar. Except it basically didn't exhaust enough such that my ears were popping from the over pressure. Thankfully my provider allows 30 day trials for free to find the right one. (That one didn't make it to actual use). Now have a new one that's good.
