Honestly, it's about as much as I expected from folks who don't recognize that they don't manage their social media - Bezos and Musk do. They control who MPs, Senators, The Library, and other accounts reach and who they don't with their increasingly manipulative closed-door algorithms.
It's a half-assed, unresearched, or consulted response.
