The one where you're always supposed to use full sentences. I like the impact you get with fragments. Meters tempo and cadence. Lets you add weird asides without worrying about how this is supposed to be a full thought. Good for punchlines and redirects.
This usually goes along with starting sentences with 'and' or 'but' (a thing I also love to do).
