Caleb James DeLisle (nprofile…mj4q) I know I'm going to catch a lot of flack for this but there are reason things like this cost so much. It's not so much BS as it's BA and a ton of paper work and testing for critical applications. FYI if you were a civilian contractor and had to buy this bolt with FAA approval it would be closer to $100. Not saying there isn't room for massive improvement, there is. Trust me you don't want Home Despot hardware on anything that flies or handles nuclear material.
