Well...it appears that the BP meds are already starting to work...just checked it and it down to 143/68 and that is 20 points lower than it was yesterday and that's pretty cool...and no side effects at all...so far...no weather to speak of out here today but we are going to hit almost 50 Sat so I will try to get an outdoor ride in this weekend...the cold doesn't come back until after NYD then we're back in the 20's for a week or so...rides and weight work are done...good afternoon!
