But here in Germany, warm June and July evenings are a good time. I've seen lots of them last year in my uncle's garden in Bavaria. And even a few in Berlin's parks. Large green spaces with trees close by are a good place to start, say a park or garden with native plants. Or the fringes of a forested area.
