What the us elections showed is that Americans will I suppose rightly vote for what they feel is affecting them most, which seems to be the cost of living. What the problem for the rest of us is that we are affected by their domestic issues. Potential solution is to make it so that the US affects us less. Relying less on them perhaps? Sad but it’s crucial that we can operate without the US.
