How you track transfers of monero ordinals through "ordinal theory," when you can't know the true input of the monero transaction, I don't know, but they accomplished the important part: JPEGs on teh blockchain!
And they just [merged a commit](https://github.com/monero-project/monero/pull/8733) to limit the default relay policy to transactions with max 1kB in the tx_extra field that's being used for these mordinals.
