We're quickly getting to "crisis" level in lots of places with no plans by local/state governments to mitigate climate impacts. Not even on the radar. Folks still want to "retire to FL" FFS. I talked to one yesterday.

When I say "work local" I don't just mean get your schools to install solar or your city to get EVs.

I mean start looking at the climate plans & climate risks & climate *resilience* efforts in your local community & start demanding local government GET READY.
