As I imagine you know well, given your profile and what I assume to be common knowledge for one in your position, the use of military planes delivering repatriated citizens in handcuffs violates international norms and represents an aggression against the receiving country's national sovereignty, as well as a violation of its citizens' human right. Would the US accept such treatment of US citizens with Russian or Chinese military planes?
