I read in an ancient manuscript that, if I remember correctly, when you're in a meeting and you want to yawn, you just need to place a finger in the center of your forehead to avoid doing it. This works. I have tried it myself. In the same manuscript it was written that, in the same situation, if you are very sleepy, just anoint your index finger and thumb with saliva and touch your earlobe to come to your senses. But I've never tried this because I always wear earrings.
