Incredible investigation by Ricochet into a terrible, seemingly illegal Montreal Airbnb host with ghost hotels and lots of problems. Very disturbing is the removal of reviews by Airbnb—lots of them and very negative. We did an AirBnb in Paris recently (seemingly legal, good shape, everything fine) and London—nice in many ways but a neighbor said it was a sublet, illegally rented, with many loud guests, which bothered the legal elderly tenant next door! Also, the place was heavily worn.
