They claimed they randomly guessed at needing 10x their normal capacity and it exceeded that, instead of doing what any large scale operation would do which is simply implement load-based scaling. Of course it rings of bullshit, but then given how incompetent they are, these guys couldn't get laid in a brothel, so it could well still be just plain incompetence. Either way conbase continue to prove they're enemies of bitcoin, whether it was malice or stupidity.
