Neos (formerly SSE) is awful and nobody should use them for wavelengths, ethernet, or anything at all, pass it on.
I have never known such incredible, almost weaponised incompetence in inability to communicate and execute whatever the fuck upgrades they’re doing for as long as they have been failing to achieve them.
