"content": "Slide the idler pulley into the tensioner (the big screw looking thing). There are little shoulders around the axle hole that hold the pulley in the exact place it should be. Just eyeball it in place, and then slide the plastic axle into the hole and use a small hammer (or a paperweight) to tap it through. \n\n(Yes, using a plastic axle here works fine, saves on a 5mm bolt and nut, and makes assembly easier.
