really it's called implement a proper fucking fence, there're so many times where i've had hooligan cows popping through the fence to either eat grass on my side of the fence or play in the road, it's more common with the kids but the adults are ballsy at times, especially for food (even though their grazing lands are so rich in foliage it'd make me envious if i were a cow, grass is greener yadda yadda.)
