"content": "nostr:npub1p6g0t7l57wwzn2q8sjc9hu99na47nswcp7p4ffg2g5a335h30v8q520242 They are omnibus packages - meaning they bundle everything in a single deb package. This means gitlab has to take care of security support for every dependency. In our gitlab package, we use packages from Debian and any security update available in #Debian is automatically available to #gitlab. So we share the security support across an entire distribution. Note: though we are not able to package every dependency in Debian since this is huge, we package as much as possible.",
