I think I'm going to mostly ditch my smart phone or keep it locked away as my New Year's Resolution. I used to do so much more hobby-type stuff before it. Before getting one, I even asked myself "Why do I need one of these?". I still used websites and chatted a lot, but I still did *more*.

Now, it's way to easy to spend hours sitting and just scrolling and reading. I don't even use TikTok. Just endless reading about random topics. I'm talking like... Wikipedia binges.

I think I'll live if I only use my phone for an alarm, calorie tracking & exercise tracking with my Active Watch, texting when I need, podcast/music while exercising, as an Authentication key, taking photos (maybe get a digital camera again), and that's it.
