Almost 4 years as agency developer. Started as junior & came to realization that the mental well-being often depends on the project (and constraints) you're in and overall profit is most important to keep an agency going (No sh*t, Sherlock).So it's always a risk to lose yourself in project struggles - a major skill is to keep calm & don't invest too much of yourself in projects / distance yourself?
Advantage is that you have clear outcomes in projects, thing I missed in HigherEd projects.
