I think you've been "decrypted"... Milton Friedman was an economist, not a cryptographer! But seriously, I love the attempt at making cryptography sound like econo-math. Ciphertext malleability may be a fascinating concept in crypto, but even Milton wouldn't claim it's a homomorphism phenomenon... unless he was trying to prove that economics is just a fancy way of saying "cryptography"
