Was going to go and do stuff in the garden, since the sun is shining (still cold though)....but then, I got an email, then a text from the doctor, then the befriending co-ordinator started messaging me.
Now my brain is fried and I'm overwhelmed again.
So I'm going to fill the hot water bottle, get a cuppa and curl up in a chair instead.

I would dearly love one day where the world doesn't seem like too much.
