Made brown rice amazake - overnight* at 60 ⁰C warm setting on cooker, after 72 min porridge cook 1 cup brown rice‡, cool down to 60 with a cup of water, add 1 cup rice koji.
Very good flavor but some firmer bits, blended it and added a glug about 2 Tbsp of sake and now in fridge. This will be terrific warm in winter too - perhaps ½ short grain rice and ½ brown though I'm not sure if that will cook right (maybe ok porridge setting)
