I'm still really, really enjoying the #WheelOfTime series. I basically understand why people pooped on this one in favor of Rings Of Power (it's a surface read owing entirely to Rings having higher budget), things sure haven't shaken out in favor of Rings of Power being well. Watchable.
But gosh, Wheel Of Time sure is. It's quite solid! If you know the source material, it's surprisingly great, and if you don't, it feels something on a level with the good (usually Canadian) scifi TV we used to get. Which is good.
Prestige TV poisoned folks into thinking polish matters more than writing and acting, and it's one of the more frustrating outcomes of this era of TV.
