except this time, i figured it may not be faulty cpu because why would that happen twice in the row

so i removed one memory stick and it worked, then i moved that memory stick to a different slot and it also worked

in conclusion, i don't understand computers anymore, i should get a macbook, leave that all to a husband and congrats to whoever snatches that previous returned cpu in discounted returned goods
