Lucky me: today is the terrible combo of the worst cramps I've had in months + a headache + nausea. It's a rest and heat pack day.

When I woke up miserable this morning I was going to joke that my mom would immediately tell me the glory of menopause. But then the friend who does our cleaning/childcare on Wednesdays gave me the glory of menopause speech so I'm all taken care of emotionally and my kid has someone to play with while I nap now. 😂
