So on the surface, this seems good right?
Problems:
1. This won't pass
2. If it does pass, SCOTUS will shoot it down in judicial review
3. The most insidious part is that he is capitulating to the ruling itself and only trying to carve out whether Trump's coup attempt was official, NOT overturn immunity broadly. They've *already* given up on that fight after a week.
Like I keep saying, these people aren't coming to save you. You need to organize without them.
