I am not anti-Threads. I’ve been supportive of their “intention” to integrate with fediverse, and I think there’s a need for “big speech garbage can.” But if all that achieves is a massive marketplace of eyeballs for brands, billionaires, and assholes, I don’t see much of a win for civilization.
