If U ask me I would say that Asia have changed fast. They are becoming so fat in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia.
They eat a lot of western junk food now and their own junk food and candy for breakfast and ice cream and sugar in food and all drinks are sweet and zero self control.
Some nations have really bad discipline while others seem to be the opposite.
