Seeing some friends talk about the division between developers and designers when it comes to building and maintaining design systems.

I’d like to ask if anyone has advice for a developer who finds himself knowing more a than some designers about visual accessibility, who wants to create a sense of urgency in the designers of a design system about fundamentally inaccessible aspects of said design system?
