Just had to send a THIRD email of this year to new neighbors whose dog barks non-stop for HOURS. I always give them an out, saying, "you are probably not home" even though I know that often they are. We can hear the poor little thing barking even if we are inside with our deck doors closed. I've recommended a trainer we used, but this family is clearly irresponsible. Hoping third email will be the charm! It's high-pitched barking for HOURS and sometimes daily. </rant>
