In this case I don't see a <podcast:guid> tag in the feed, so both versions of the feed are saved with `podcastGuid=null` in our system.
We could use `podcastGuid` values to try to determine, but we sync with PI's dead feeds endpoint, and most podcasts don't have a `podcastGuid` (although many do). I'm not sure how to reconcile the majority of duplicates, without using PI IDs.
