Let’s talk about political polls, shall we?
From the NYT Feb. 8:
“A Siena College poll conducted for Newsday had Mr. Suozzi leading Ms. Pilip, 48 percent to 44 percent, among likely voters. Another survey from Emerson College for WPIX-TV found him up 50 percent to 47 percent.”
The ACTUAL result?
Suozzi: 53.9%
Pilip: 46.1%
Not REALLY close and well outside most polling predictions.
So, regarding polls, WTF, as the kids say.
